Job Description:
A company is looking for a PBM, QA Director to lead quality
assurance initiatives within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of manual and automation SQA Engineers across multiple
Product teams
Identify challenges and opportunities for improving software
quality and customer satisfaction
Promote adoption of quality best practices and automated testing
across product teams
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management application
development
Proven leadership in enhancing test practices and improving quality
and efficiency
Experience in agile software development environments
Ability to adapt to various testing methodologies and tools
Self-starter with a focus on solutions and continuous
improvement
