Job Description:
A company is looking for an HRIS Architect to serve as a key
resource and expert on Workday system functionality.
Key Responsibilities
Provide ongoing support for Workday HRIS, including configuration,
maintenance, and troubleshooting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful
integration of HRIS with other systems
Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics while
acting as a subject matter expert on HRIS-related issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of relevant experience
At least 3 years of experience with Workday supporting HCM and one
additional area
Strong project management and process management skills
Advanced knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and policies
Experience with diagnosing, isolating, and resolving issues
