Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory
practices, including scheduling and resolving patient inquiries
Document and relay patient information according to Practice
guidelines and provide updates to patient records
Participate in training sessions and assist in the orientation of
new personnel while identifying process improvements
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED is required
Ability to explain complex healthcare issues with empathy
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
applications
Experience using multiple advanced communication tools
Effective interpersonal skills to work in a diverse team
environment
