Controls Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement process improvements for regional project
delivery
Oversee operational excellence in project management and support
throughout the project life cycle
Inspire and lead a diverse team, promoting collaboration and talent
development
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in large-scale enterprise operations within
Construction or Real Estate
10+ years of experience in a Construction PMO leadership role
Proven track record of managing PMO functions in large-scale
construction environments
Experience in developing business relationships
Must be a US citizen and may require obtaining government
clearances
