Responsibilities
Answering high volume of incoming calls, transferring calls and
taking messages
Open, scan and process incoming mail
Process outgoing mail
Some clerical work
Greet clients
Skills
Ability to communicate with clients in both English and Spanish
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience using online database software, MS Office
Positive attitude, detail oriented with multitasking and
organizational abilities
Ability to use copier, scanner, fax and computer
