Design, deploy, and manage scalable and secure IT infrastructure solutions.Lead system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructure.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.Ensure compliance with industry standards, security policies, and best practices.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering.
• Proven expertise in designing and managing cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of networking, storage, and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, VMware Certified Professional) are a plus.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
