Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning Technology and Enablement
Lead to oversee the launch and support of a Global Learning
Experience Platform (LXP) across R&D.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with vendors to establish learner profiles and manage
account administration
Create user guides and maintain a course catalog for internal
training
Develop reports and learning analytics to track training
progress
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, communication,
education, or a related field
Experience with APIs and third-party training tool integrations
Strong skills in system configuration and platform management
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning
Experience Platforms (LXP)
Experience with content loading and Virtual Learning Session (VLS)
integrations
