PHP is seeking a travel nurse RN Neuro ICU for a travel nursing
job in Chandler, Arizona. Job Description & Requirements
3 YEARS OF RECENT ICU EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED*** NO
EXCEPTIONS
***Experience must also include EITHER neuro or CV.*
ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
Floating Requirements Float to tele with a 1:3 or 1:4 ratio as
needed
EOW or up to 3 wknds/mo if unit is busy; first to float - could
float to sister facility, Mercy Gilbert
