Responsibilities
The BNI staff neuro-anesthesiologist provides medical services within the scope of their licensing, training, and clinical privileges, and supervises and teaches residents and/or fellows as indicated. Primary Responsibilities:

  Qualifications
  Education and Experience
  • MD or DO degree.
  • Successful completion of a residency program. Licensure
    • AZ MD License
    • AZ licensed physician Anesthesiologist
    • Board qualifed or certified
    • Credentialed SJHMC.
    • Membership in appropriate professional associations and societies
      Pay Range
      $80.00 - $750.25 /hour
