Job Description:
A company is looking for a Telephonic Behavioral Health Care
Advocate - Outpatient - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct telephonic clinical reviews with providers to ensure
effective outpatient behavioral health care
Assess member care against coverage guidelines and shape treatment
plans in partnership with providers
Administer benefits and review treatment plans for outpatient
services
Required Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Licensed Master's degree - Independent Level
Clinician in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage or
Family Counseling, or an RN with 2+ years of behavioral health
experience
2+ years of experience in a behavioral health setting
Experience in outpatient psychotherapy and community-based
treatment
Proven proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,
Internet)
Access to a distraction-free home office and high-speed
internet
