This RN Clinical Supervisor Position Features:

RN Clinical Supervisor

Full Time Monday ? Friday Salary up to $80.000. Location North Phoenix.

Responsible for supervising the clinical and non-clinical staff for the Veterans Administration Patient- Centered Community Care (VAPCCC) program to include the Discharge Care Coordinators, Clinical Quality Team Lead, and Complex Authorization Specialists. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of the care coordination program, complex referral and authorization management, and clinical quality monitoring and initiatives. This position will oversee day to day clinical operations to meet applicable VAPCCC contract standards

Required:

? Registered Nurse with current unrestricted license

? Two years or more of supervisory or managerial experience

? Five years clinical experience

? Managed care and operational experience in medical management systems including referral management/prior authorization, care coordination, clinical quality, or utilization management.

Preferred:

? Two years or more experience in a production environment

? Bachelor?s Degree in Nursing, Health Administration or related field

? Knowledge of Veteran Administration Health System or TRICARE.
