Director of Quality/Risk & Compliance

  What you will do in this role:
  
  • 
    
  • Monitor the hospital's quality program
    
  • Collaborate with hospital staff to identify risk and safety concerns and lead corrective actions
    
  • Collect incident reports, analyze data, investigate issues, and report findings to the Quality Council and CEO
    
  • Ensure the hospital complies with all regulatory standards and laws
    
    Qualifications:
    
    • 
      
    • Master's Degree in a health-related field preferred; Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience in a psychiatric hospital acceptable
      
    • License: If applicable, an unencumbered license to practice issued by the State Board of Nursing
      
    • Previous experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility, with direct experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients preferred
