Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of Finance to oversee financial
and operational activities while advising executive leadership on
strategic financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the corporate budget process, including revenue forecasts
and financial statements
Manage cash flow, working capital, and risk management
strategies
Lead the Finance and Accounting team in financial budget updates
and KPI metric definition
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; Master's degree
preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Finance Leadership role in a
hypergrowth SaaS company
Previous experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or
Consulting
Ability to manage remote teams and improve processes across
departments
Growth-oriented mindset with strong decision-making skills in a
fast-paced environment
