Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Provider Contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and coordinate provider contracts activities at a
national level
Oversee the development and negotiation of provider contracts,
ensuring compliance with guidelines
Manage relationships with area agencies and community provider
partners to support plan initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in Healthcare Administration, Managed Care,
or Provider Contracting
Minimum of 2 years' experience managing or supervising
employees
Preferred: Master's Degree
Preferred: 6+ years in Provider Network contracting
