lead account management for a key strategic account.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the assigned strategic account through
comprehensive account strategy development
Engage with clients to understand their challenges and provide
tailored strategic insights and solutions
Identify opportunities for revenue growth through cross-selling and
upselling while ensuring service delivery aligns with client
expectations
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic account management
or business development
Proven track record of managing high-value client relationships
Experience in the Education Technology sector
Ability to navigate complex organizations and build long-term
partnerships
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
effectively
