A company is looking for a Tooling & Automation Manager,
Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize support ticketing processes for increased
efficiency and automation
Manage the customer support tech stack and recommend improvements
to enhance operational performance
Collaborate with vendors and engineering teams to ensure seamless
integration of support tools
Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing support tools and automation processes
within customer experience
Strong project management skills for leading complex technical
projects
Experience with the Zendesk API and expertise in Zendesk Support
products
Experience implementing and optimizing CX AI chatbots
Knowledge of scripting or coding languages (e.g., Python,
JavaScript) for automation initiatives
