Responsibilities:
--- Daily prospecting via multiple channels for new business
--- Nurture buyer and seller leads in the pipeline
--- Study and analyze real estate market trends
--- Attend weekly open houses and broker tours
--- Attend weekly meetings and training
--- Build and maintain your CRM
--- Provide world-class digital marketing to listings
--- Provide excellent guidance for clients buying and selling
residential real estate
--- Conduct showings, appointments, and consultations
Qualifications:
--- Tech savvy
--- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
--- Show good organizational and time management skills
--- A successful and proven sales history is preferred
--- Great communication and social skills
--- Must have a valid Real Estate License
